Delivery Policy / Information

A) Our current deliveries are available from Tuesday to Sundays (included Public Holiday) ,we off on Monday.

B) We only delivers within Kuala Lumpur & Selangor at this moment. We can deliver to any address within the stated region.

C) Our regular delivery time slots for same-day deliveries are:
Order before 9am, to have your order delivered between 10am – 12pm
Order between 9 am to 3pm, to have your order delivered between 3pm – 5pm

D) You can select any date in the future (within 3 months). The earlier you place your order, the better.

E) If you have a specific timing for delivery, please whatsapp us at 011-63621788 before placing your order.

F) Delivery fees will depending on your exact location within Kuala Lumpur & Selangor using our third party delivery partner. Your order will be delivered on your selected delivery date and time slot. However, please allow an extra window for time discrepancies due to traffic conditions and sudden weather changes.

G) We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification.

H) If you would like to change the delivery address, you must contact us at 01163621788 with the details and receive our change confirmation. Please ensure this is done within 3 hours of the scheduled delivery date and time. We are unable to provide refunds for any deliveries sent to the wrong location where we have not received advance notice in accordance with this paragraph.

I) The customer is responsible to ensure that your recipient is present at the address at the time of delivery. Note that our delivery partner waiting time is only 15mins.

 

J) We will not be responsible for any mistake or delay caused by the customer such as incomplete address, incorrect address and contact number, or any other incorrect details provided by the customer. This includes no recipient is around to receive the product during the delivery time.

 

K) No refund will be issued if the product have been duly delivered to the receiver or address as prescribed by the customer.

 

L) In the event a delivery is re-scheduled or re-routed upon the request of your recipient or you, a re-delivery fee will apply depending on your recipient's location from our shop.

 

M) Our third party delivery partner coverage area changes from time to time, If you have placed an order but it is out of our coverage area, Our management has the right to cancel and refund the placed order, with prior notice given to customers.

 

N) All our items are shipped and deliver by an appointed third party delivery partner, it will be a responsibility between our third party delivery partner and the customer during the transition.

 

O) Orders will be delivered on requested time slots, unless due to unforeseen circumstances, for instance, raining heavily, traffic jam, or any other occurrences happened during the delivery, therefore the actual delivery time will be delayed. Neither the delivery company nor our company will be responsible or compensate for any losses incurred for the delay of delivery date or time. We aren't able to refund or offer re-delivery of affected orders.
