Orders that have already been placed are not refundable & returnable.
Damage
Our product are packed carefully to ensure they arrive as beautiful as when they left us. However, on a small number of occasions (and for reasons beyond our control) they may get damaged in transit. All our items are shipped and delivery by an appointed third party delivery partner, it will be a responsibility between our third party delivery partner and the customer during the transition.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
During adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain and flood), our delivery partners may not be able to deliver orders on time. This is outside of our control and we cannot accept responsibility for the late delivery of the order. Therefore, in the event of adverse weather conditions, we aren't able to refund or offer re-delivery of affected orders.
Replacement (Only applicable for self pick-up)
We practice one-to-one replacement should there be any problem with our products during self pick-up.Customers are advised to check the item before leaving our shop.Failure to do so will result in the lapse of any rights to a replacement.Upon acceptance of the product, full responsibility goes to the receiver.

Online Transfer Refund
In the event of any refund case proceeds which is out of all event as per stated on our website .No cash refund is provided.Any refund to your bank will incur a deduction of 5% bank processing fee from the purchase total amount.It shall take 7-14 working days to proceed the refund.
