1. What is Hi-float?

  • HI-FLOAT balloon treatment is a solution of a plastic material dissolved in water. It increases the floating life of latex balloons up to 5 times, on average, if stored in the right condition/ temperature. To achieve these floattimes balloons must be kept indoors, in a climate controlled location, with air-conditioner running between 22-26c. Hi-float is only usable on latex balloons.

2. How long will my helium balloons float for?

  • (Tested indoor in an air-conditioned room with a temperature of 18-20c)

Latex balloons

  • 12″: 12-15 hours
  • 12″ Confetti & Heart: 6-9 hours
  • 18″: 15-20 hours
  • 24”: 1 - 2 days (nicely) it will getting smaller as the time goes by
  • 36″: 1-3 days
  • 36″ Confetti: 1-2 dayS

Foil balloons:

  • 18″ & 20″: 7-14 days
  • 34″ & 40″: 7-18 days
  • XL: 7-21 days
  • Orbz & Cubez: 7-21 days

Bubble Balloons:

  • All size : 1-3 Days
  • Actual flying times vary depending on temperature and atmospheric conditions. Float times vary greatly based on factors such as latex quality, humidity, temperature, altitude, etc.

3. Helium balloons’ float time are greatly affected by temperature. Float times will be shorter outdoors. Please do not leave them in a hot car or trunk.

4.Factors such as adding tassel garlands and filling balloons with confetti will also reduce float time.

5.Foil balloons are not suitable for outdoor usage. Helium balloons in general is not recommended for outdoor usage under extremely hot weather in Malaysia. Balloons typically float for half as long in hot, humid weather. When helium-filled foil balloons are taken into the cold, they will temporarily deflate and will re-inflate again when warm. We will not be held liable for any under-performance if not handled correctly.

6. Why do my balloons oxidate?

  • Latex balloons can become covered with a velvet finish when atmospheric conditions change, such as in high humidity, in high ozone or when exposed to sunlight. The velvet finish is the result of oxidation, the first step in the bio-degradation (or natural breakdown) of the natural latex.

7.Can I request to inflate 5″ latex balloons with helium?

  • 5″ balloons are not designed to be used with helium as they will only hold a tiny quantity, if you do wish to add helium however please note that they will float for approx 2 – 3 hours. Please also note that 5″ confetti balloons should not be filled with helium, they are too small and heavy to float.

8.How do my balloon survive the journey?

  • We also developed care methods for each individual order within our range so they’re in perfect condition when you receive them.

9. How should i stored my balloon after receiving it?

  • it’s receiver responsibility to ensure balloons are stored under good conditions to avoid balloon explosion and shrinking i.e. the product is kept in-door, under room temperature not exceeding 26 degrees, and not exposed to direct sunlight.

10.How should i carry my balloon after self pick-up?

  • If you need to carry balloon with car or other vehicle, kindly ensure that the air-conditioner has turned on and temperature is below 26 degrees before placing the balloon in the vehicle.

11. All our helium balloon can last for at least 8 hours from the time of preparation. It is advisable to add HI-float should you need to to triple your balloon floating time.

12. Are helium balloons dangerous?

  • Very unlikely. Hey You only uses quality-assured helium gas. Our helium gas is 100% inflammable, natural and non-toxic. It is lighter than atmosphere air and safe for the environment. Nevertheless, PLEASE DO NOT inhale helium gas as it may cause serious injury or death, since helium displaces oxygen needed for normal breathing.

13. What is balloon garland to go?

  • Balloon Garland to Go is a convenient and hassle-free option for adding a touch of whimsy and color to your event decor. Our team carefully prepares and assembles the balloons into a ready-made garland, available in either 5ft or 10ft length. All you need to do is manually attach it to the wall or desired location. 14.How can i attached the garland on the wall?

  • An instruction video will be sent to you after you have place an order with us. The technique shown is applicable to all sizes/length of balloon garland.

15. How long will it take for me to attached the garland on the wall?

  • Usually it takes about only 30mins depending on the size of your balloon garland. It may be quicker if you have someone to assist you to tie the balloons.

16.What type of surface or finishing would be suitable for attaching a balloon garland?

  • We recommend attaching the Balloon Garland to Go only on a smooth and bare wall surface. This ensures better adhesion and stability for the garland. Avoid attaching it to textured walls or surfaces with wallpaper, as they may affect the longevity and appearance of the garland. By choosing a clean and flat wall, you can showcase the balloon garland beautifully and securely, creating a stunning focal point for your event or celebration.
